Sun on Sea

theres something so alluring about the suns rays on the ocean, the shimmering, particularly as the sun is getting ready to set, is something that just calls out to be fotographed.

Back on the Beach
|
|
After trotting along Muriwai Beach on the horses, i thought i better show you another way of doing it.
Ive posted some fotos like this before, and got a good telling of for risking the bodywork on the car. well, i took that lesson to heart, i havent been back on their in the car, these are from that same time

its been a whole working week since i posted. just where does the time go?
these fotos are on the way back after the trotting along the beach. just when my derriere was sore after being sat for 4 hours, we had to gallop up the final hills. and i know now to wear long trousers next time. got some whacking bruises on the inside of my calves, and scratches where i couldnt stop the horse running through some brambles
you guys have a great weekend you hear?

this was the highlight on the trek, going through the dunes out on to Muriwai Beach. this is the same beach where i went driving in the 4x4, remember that? fortunately those are further on down the beach so they dont disturb the horses.

Whoaaa neddy

went horse riding for the first time ever at the weekend. great day out, a 4 hr trip through great countryside, forests and then out on to the beach for a canter through the waves. really enjoyed it. bit sore on the old derriere, but good fun.

im feeling good. exam marking over, nice weather, and a couple days off to go play golf, maybe do some horse riding, and maybe just maybe take some fotos. dont seem to have done that for a long time and in living off things taken previously. heres a few more oceany type shots for you.
